Our story
Hi, I'm Natalie, creator of Single Saturdays.
In January 2023, I decided to get off the apps and meet people in person. I began attending events and quickly realized that most singles experiences are centered around speed dating and drinking -- not my cup of tea. I started thinking about what types of events I like to attend, and what types of dates I like to go on-- activities.
In February 2023, I joined matchmaker Nick Rosen's free network for singles. We had a call and I shared with him my vision for the dating world. It turned out he saw the same missing piece, so we decided to join forces and create something new together: connection through play.
Since hosting our first event, our vision has evolved and grown into something bigger -- a community.
Single Saturdays is more than a space to date. It's an opportunity to meet new people, find common interests, and feel seen on your journey to finding love. As a single 30-something, I know firsthand what it feels like to look around and realize you're the only single friend. I know what it feels like to long for that next phase of life whether it's settling down with a partner or starting a family.
